Cancellation Policy
**Booking Terms & Conditions - Hajar Mountain Adventures** Thank you for choosing Hajar Mountain Adventures for your journey. These terms are a binding contract between us and you, the client. Please read and understand them. **1. Bookings and Payments** - Initial 25% deposit via the completed booking form. Non Refundable. - Trip deposit of 25% to secure your trip. - Remaining balance paid no later than 30 days before departure. - Credit/debit card payments incur a 10% additional fee. **2. Cancellation & Booking Changes** - 75% refund for cancellations if full payment has been made. The company reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate this at the earliest possibility. - Postponement requires clear communication no later than 30 days before the trip. **3. Travel Insurance** - Mandatory insurance against medical and personal accident risks. - Your coverage must include medical, air ambulance, and helicopter rescue services. - Strongly recommend cancellation insurance. - Carry proof of insurance on the trip. **4. Health & Fitness** - Good health and physical condition required. - Disclose pre-existing medical problems. - Medical and evacuation expenses are the client's responsibility. - Consult a doctor for vaccinations before departure. **5. Risk & Liabilities** - Operate under Nepalese rules and regulations. - We are not responsible for itinerary changes due to unavoidable circumstances. - Clients bear additional costs incurred under such circumstances. **6. Flight Cancellations or Delays** - Flights from Kathmandu to Lukla may be delayed or canceled. - Suggest adding an extra night in Kathmandu to accommodate delays. - Rebooking for the following day or helicopter charter option available. - The helicopter charter cost is approximately $600 per person.
